Default Views - Examples

Default views are provided for all information to ensure the information is instantly usable.

However, using the various intuitive user interfaces, it is very easy to create as many additional views as required to meet all banking needs.

Some Examples
Here are just a few examples of the many default views provided.

For Transactions, several default views are provided over the current live transactions.

For Foreign Exchange, this shows all transactions as a simple list.

This can easily be customised to show, for example, deals by customer, currency and product.

Account Balances are loaded every day and a default view shows these by account code, currency and customer.

These can also be easily customised and it is a simple click to expand the account codes to see accounts or to drill to the underlying postings for that day, then to the transactions which caused the postings.

For Static data, typically simple views are required:

For customers - A full range of information is provided for a customer, but additional information can be added to meet specific bank needs.

For rates - the default view below shows all spot rates for the last 4 business days.

As an example, this could easily be customised to change the view and create a graph to show rate movements.
